At present, Ningbo has cultivated and built 9 industrial production bases, including 2 prefabricated component manufacturing bases, 4 asphalt comprehensive industrial bases, 2 high-quality sand and gravel aggregate manufacturing bases, and 1 muck residue resource disposal production line.

Ningbo Yongke Transportation Industry Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Nanwan Jiaotong Transportation Development Co., Ltd. are subsidiaries of Ningbo Jiaotong Group, with R&D centers, automated production lines, trinity pavement factories and supporting facilities. From a distance, the huge "super factory" is full of modernity.

The raw material of the project is tuff, with a compressive strength of up to 200 megapascals and a silica content of 60%, which is highly abrasive and dense, and extremely difficult to break. Ningbo Yongke Transportation Industry Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Nanwan Jiaotou Transportation Development Co., Ltd. set up a bidding project in September 2022 and January 2021 respectively to purchase complete sets of tower-type shaping sand making equipment.

After the customer purchased the green energy technology equipment, it was put into production and operation as soon as possible, and the equipment is currently operating for an average of 20 hours a day. In addition, according to different crushing needs, the equipment can flexibly adjust the production process, feeding 5~40mm, producing class I sand and the fineness modulus is 2.8, the output of its machine-made sand products > 100T/h; The feed is 5~40mm, when the sand and gravel are out at the same time, the total output of shaping gravel and machine-made sand products > 300T/h, and the finished products are: 0-4.75mm, 4.75-10, 10-20, 20-31.5mm, which can also be applied to the production of high-grade asphalt graded aggregates, and a total of five kinds of aggregates can be produced. The economic benefits are considerable. At the same time, it has made graded gravel and standard sand with excellent indicators, and the gradation is adjustable, and the output is guaranteed, which has been highly recognized by customers!

Process description and process innovation points

Fujian Green Energy Environmental Protection Technology Sand Making Building is a highly integrated tower-type fully enclosed structure, using a dry machine-made sand production system. The whole closed-loop control system is based on automatic control of fineness, modulus and powder content as the core technology. The entire sand production process is completed in the same sand making tower, which reduces a large amount of floor space, but also simplifies part of the production process, with lower maintenance rates and higher efficiency.

The specific scope of supply of this project: from the feeding belt (with frequency conversion metering) to the discharging belt (including sand making machine, gradation adjustment machine, belt conveying equipment, bucket elevator equipment, screening equipment, winnowing equipment, humidifier, dust collector, stone powder proportion adjustment device, gravel surface powder dedusting device, frequency conversion induced draft fan) and a full set of parts, non-standard parts, pipelines, electronic control equipment and systems, and steel structure until the storage of stone powder.

This process adopts the production process of double sand making machine, which is our invention patent (the first set of rewards in Fujian Province), which is much better than the traditional single machine production process; In order to achieve the output of sand, the traditional process generally adopts a large host, which has the disadvantages of low sand yield, poor grading and high energy consumption. Green Energy Technology adopts dual hosts, the linear speed of the two hosts is different, the rotor flow channel and projectile trajectory are different, and the crushing cavity lining is different, which is more conducive to the crushing of materials between 2.36-16mm, and is conducive to the satisfaction of gravel grading and particle shape, and the production rate is generally higher than that of peers by 15%, and the energy consumption is lower.
