High-moisture sticky slag soil converted on-site! Green energy technology's new equipment wins high recognition from Hubei customers

Under the wave of the "dual carbon" goals, low-carbon building materials and resource recycling have become central to driving high-quality industry development. How to transform construction waste, excavation soil, dredged sludge, and industrial sludge into valuable resources and achieve efficient utilization remains a key area of our ongoing exploration.
On June 26, a client from Hubei visited Green Energy Technology specifically. Accompanied by Mr. Wang Jianxiong, the company's general manager, the delegation toured the production workshops, testing sites, and conference rooms, conducting comprehensive inspections and in-depth discussions on the company’s core equipment and technical solutions. This visit not only deepened mutual understanding but also laid a solid foundation for future collaboration.
Entering the Workshop: Witnessing the Power of Intelligent Manufacturing
In the morning, the clients first visited Green Energy Technology’s production workshop. There, they observed firsthand the company’s core equipment—a new integrated system designed for improving and solidifying high-moisture sticky soil and sludge. From precision welding techniques to meticulous assembly processes, the visitors experienced up close Green Energy Technology’s relentless pursuit of excellence in product detail.

During the visit, the company's technical staff provided customers with a detailed introduction to the equipment's manufacturing process and performance advantages. The sludge improvement system integrates efficient depolymerization and pre-crushing, stable flow homogenization, fine crushing, mixing and mud-breaking granulation, stirring, and screening (vibratory or air classification), combined with a physical-chemical composite improvement process. This enables high-moisture, highly viscous sludge and soil with water content ranging from 30% to 60%—in a fluid-plastic to soft-plastic state—to be rapidly transformed on-site into stable, high-quality engineering-grade fill material or improved soil. This material can further be processed into compacted or fluidized solidified soil and improved soil. Throughout the tour, customers highly praised the equipment’s material selection, craftsmanship, and modular design concept.


Observing the trial to validate technological breakthroughs
After an on-site inspection of the workshop, the client witnessed the equipment's operational test firsthand. The Green Energy Technology team demonstrated clearly to the client the high-efficiency soil solidification capability, homogenization mixing, and sanding performance of their equipment. By directly observing how the troublesome, sticky, and wet sludge was broken down, homogenized, and mixed within the machine—transforming into a uniform, stable, high-quality loose material without the need for additional stirring—the client gained a more intuitive and profound understanding of Green Energy Technology's technical capabilities.

Following the site visit and testing, both parties moved to the conference room for in-depth discussions. Mr. Wang Jianxiong, General Manager of Green Energy Technology, along with his technical team, engaged in detailed talks with the client on the application prospects of soil solidification equipment in Hubei and the broader domestic market, specific project conditions, equipment delivery timelines, and after-sales service.
The client, based on their project requirements, had an in-depth exchange with the company's technical team regarding key issues such as waste soil treatment solutions, equipment capacity, and product quality. The general manager and his team provided professional and comprehensive responses, offering customized, tailored solutions for the client’s project, which earned high praise and strong recognition.
Finally, General Manager Wang Jianxiong delivered a detailed presentation on the mechanisms of solid waste management, its integrated and resource-based application scenarios, how to achieve commercial closure, and strategies for high-value utilization. He also introduced Green Energy Technology’s ongoing research and development initiatives in areas such as contaminated soil remediation and reuse, agricultural improvement soils, and nutrient-enriched artificial soils, highlighting their potential and technical features. These insights received enthusiastic responses and positive feedback from the client, successfully achieving alignment and resonance between both parties.
