Yunnan-Jiangxi Expert Group Visits Green Energy Technology to Discuss New Pathways for RAP Fine Recycling Technology

On July 21, a delegation of experts from renowned design institutes in Yunnan Province and Jiangxi Province visited Lueneng Technology to conduct specialized technical exchanges and equipment inspections on key equipment for the fine separation and recycling of high-grade highway pavement reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) materials, as well as comprehensive resource utilization technologies. Mr. Wang Jianxiong, General Manager of Lueneng Technology, along with project technical engineers, warmly welcomed the visiting expert team.

As a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" company, Lueneng Technology has long been committed to technological research and development, consistently pursuing specialized and refined growth. During the exchange, the company highlighted its core equipment achievements in RAP fine processing and recycling, as well as solid waste management. The key equipment includes four types of machines operating on different mechanisms: a differential-speed dual-roller wolf-tooth shear primary crusher, a centrifugal dispersion depolymerizer, an impact-type shaping crusher, and a chain-hammer flexible disintegration crusher. Additionally, the company showcased new screening equipment such as high-frequency fine screens, new technology equipment for soil stabilization and improvement, light-material air-separation systems, and offline pulse dust collection systems. These achievements fully demonstrate the company's integrated capabilities in "fine processing, technology empowerment, and redefining material value."

During the exchange, the visiting expert team, drawing on practical project experiences from Yunnan, Jiangxi, and other regions, conducted in-depth discussions on key topics including quality control of RAP sources, gradation variability management techniques, selection of rejuvenators, full-system compatibility technologies, and performance optimization of high-content recycled mixtures. Wang Jianxiong stated that RAP recycling cannot be solved merely by a set of recycling equipment, nor should equipment technology be unnecessarily complicated. He criticized certain companies in the industry for overemphasizing the so-called "asphalt stripping" fallacy. RAP recycling is a systematic engineering process; only by integrating fine separation equipment, primary processing equipment with improved compatibility, scientific mix design, and appropriate rejuvenator selection can we achieve stable gradation, reduced variability, lower false particle content, and thorough blending of old and new asphalt—enabling large-scale, high-quality application of recycled materials. He emphasized that equipment improvements must focus on enhancing crushing and abrasion efficiency, as well as screening accuracy and efficiency. The most critical requirement lies in achieving highly efficient and precise alignment between equipment and process needs. When developing equipment technology, it is essential to deeply integrate material characteristics and application requirements to produce outstanding technical solutions.

After the meeting, the expert team conducted an on-site inspection of Green Energy Technology's R&D and manufacturing workshop as well as its exhibition hall, verified actual data, and highly praised the equipment's disintegration efficiency, grading accuracy, and environmental performance.
