Among them, two industrial clusters, including construction equipment in Luojiang District of Quanzhou City and semiconductor lighting in Anxi County, are among them, accounting for "half of the selected number" of the province in this batch, and the cumulative number of identified cities ranks first in the country.

It is reported that the selected Luojiang District construction equipment industry cluster covers road machinery, mining machinery, sand making equipment, construction robots, control equipment and other construction equipment. Up to now, there are 152 enterprises in the cluster, including Tietuo Machinery, Xinyuan Heavy Industry, Jinli Construction Machinery,Fujian nonnon environmental protectionsuch as leading enterprises. The industrial cluster has 1 national single champion cultivation enterprise, 2 national single champion products, 4 provincial single champion products, 1 national specialized new key "little giant", 6 "little giant", and 19 provincial specialized new small and medium-sized enterprises. Last year, the industrial cluster achieved an output value of 18.256 billion yuan, with an average growth rate of over 15% in the past three years.

At present, Anxi County semiconductor lighting industry cluster has 125 upstream, middle and downstream enterprises in the optoelectronic semiconductor industry, covering the whole industry chain of "substrate-epitaxy (chip)-packaging-application. Among them, Jing 'an is the world's largest sapphire substrate manufacturer. Cinda is the leading LED packaging manufacturer in China. Tiandian ranks in the top three in terms of comprehensive strength in the domestic lighting packaging industry. Zhongke Biology has the world's largest LED plant factory and its photobiological technology ranks first in the country. As a professional provider of LED display application products and solutions, Haijia Group brand ranks among the top three in the industry channel wholesale. Last year, the total output value of the industrial cluster reached 22.372 billion yuan, with 6 specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises, 1 specialized and new "little giant", 1 national manufacturing champion and 2 provincial manufacturing champions.

Prior to this, Quanzhou has three clusters, including Jinjiang sneaker raw and auxiliary materials, Nan'an plumbing kitchen and bathroom, and Dehua County white porcelain, which have been rated as national characteristic industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is understood that in order to promote the characteristic and cluster development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the Interim Measures for promoting the development of characteristic industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises in 2022, which clearly takes the county-level administrative division as the unit to organize and carry out the identification of characteristic industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises.

"Since the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology launched the identification of characteristic industrial clusters for small and medium-sized enterprises, Quanzhou has strongly supported counties (cities, districts) to actively cultivate characteristic industrial clusters for small and medium-sized enterprises."
