Due to the use of the principle of plane rotary motion, the dynamic ratio of the equipment and the basic dynamic load are effectively reduced.

The swing screen adopts the principle of circular vibration to carry out circular motion (generally low frequency and large amplitude) on the screen body. The material shows a serpentine motion track on the surface. The whole screen body presents front, back, left and right crowns for screening, and slightly shakes up and down. The screen mesh is generally made of stainless steel and is equipped with a polyurethane cool cleaning bouncing ball to prevent blocking the net. The amplitude of the stroke is generally 5-8mm, and the speed is generally 200-250RPM.

The screen is generally 1-4 layers, can adopt double stack compound structure, the maximum out of four kinds of material, can produce 20-140 mesh fine sand. After the auxiliary air flow, 120-200 mesh (nobil) separation can be achieved.
● Swing screen general output is low, 6-12 tons per hour (related to the characteristics of raw materials), large production requires multi-machine parallel work, the smaller the separation size, the lower the production capacity.
· Precautions: The raw materials must be dry and free of powder, especially powder with strong water absorption and grain type circle.
